Choked and Ripped

Hello butterflies!

Ooops, the title of my post today sounds a little violent! But this post is all about the choker necklace and the ripped skirt. Two trends that go back and forth in fashion but never out of it! Hardly a new trend (it’s been around for years) ripped jeans in general, almost never go out of fashion because they give the impression of effortlessness. That laid back style of having not tried too much to look cool but somehow…well…you do.
However this trend was mostly about jean trousers but then it spread in everything that comes in denim! Skirts, shirts, jackets, bags, even hats!
Come on…be honest….we have all ripped our own jeans at some point in our lives! Some successfully and some not as much… I surely destroyed many pairs before I achieved the perfect shreds. The point is to make it look as effortless as possible.

My eye caught this skirt in Zara and it surely stayed on it. I had already imagined the use I would make of it! I can wear it with heels or sneakers or flats. And on top, well…I can wear almost anything! From tank tops, to smart shirts and chunky sweaters.

Now regarding the second piece of this blog, the choker, let me just say that I am currently looooooooving them. I love them combined with delicate chains and pedants. I have them in all colors, sizes and materials. Velvet, lace, leather, fabric. You name it, I have it! It’s one of the hot accessories of the season so make sure you get yourself one.  And if you don’t know where to get if from or if you want to have one custom made, visit our page on facebook and place your order:

My stylish friends: Part 1

Hello sweethearts!

Today I have a different post for you. Lately I’ve been thinking about all the stylish girlfriends that I have and I thought it would be a shame not to feature them on my blog, praising their unique style. So I am initiating a series of blogs in between my posts, where I will be presenting you some of my stylish friends and their fashion choices!

Starting with my dear friend Despo who successfully chose to wear her version of the little black dress! It’s true that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and Despo proves that by turning an everyday cotton black dress from ZARA into a perfect and glamorous outfit.

I love the choice of shoes as most of my shoes are nude colored as well. You can wear them with any color and especially with black as it makes your legs look longer! Invest in a nude pair and you won’t regret it!

For today’s post, Despo chose our new handmade clutch bag and earrings that matched her outfit perfectly (for orders see credits at the end of the post).

P.S In case you were wondering, yes!! Her hair is that long and it's all natural!

Many thanks Despo!
