Christmas in burgundy

Merry Christmas sweethearts!

Hoping that you all had a lovely Christmas surrounded by the people you love the most!
Christmas is one of my favorite seasons! I get so excited with all the decoration and Christmas songs that I feel like a little kid again! (I know some people hate it and they keep complaining about how awful “Christmassy” things are. But deep inside I think they just want to make a difference… They complain throughout the season while they secretly sing to Christmas songs and enjoying the festive spirit and decorations….).
That’s not the case with me!! During Christmas time I’m all over the place! I put on the music the minute I wake up, making sure every decorative light is on and I pray for snow!! Oh well……
Despite my love for Christmas I’m not into partying out very much. I enjoy coffees and dinners with wine with my loved ones rather than wild and all glamorous parties!  Therefore, my wardrobe during this period does not consist of the “mandatory” sequined and sparkling outfits. Not that I do not enjoy the trend from time to time but I prefer to invest in clothes I will be able to wear after the festive season as well.
My inspiration for Christmas day was an all burgundy outfit! A frill dress, a long coat, a pair of tall boots and a happy heart!!!

Enjoy the post and prepare to welcome the New Year ahead!!!

P.s Turn sound on! Love the song
